Does anyone have heard about this tach the phone number or there website does not work

at the bottom of the page New Digital Tach on the market

Watch out for the site listed for the Tach (www.sicfuc.com (http://www.sicfuc.com)), there looks to be a problem with it

Does any one have an electrical schematic for the bike the guy that sells the tach on ebay would like to see it

The schematic is on page 22-3 of the Rune Service Manual. If you don't have a copy, send me your e-mail address and I'll e-mail the page.
As far as I can tell, there is no specific tach output for the Rune. You'll probably have to tap into the line coming from the ignition pulse generator. That's the yellow wire under the left front side cover. That's where I connected the tach input for my heads-up display. The signal level at this point is fairly low: Honda specifies 0.7 V minimum.
