Looking for custom paint pics of runes I am having a hard...

I have my new rune on order and will be doing a custom paint scheme when it gets here. I have been looking for pics of custom runes but have not found anything. Any pics that you could post would really be appreciated.

I have been doing the vtx's and m109s for a long time and now look forward to doing some killer sets on the rune.

Wow I love the first one. I do a lot of graphics and airbrushing but murals are still a little out of me league. Thanks for the help gives me some ideas. I am debating on how far to take it without going overboard.

I may do something like I did for the 109 when I first bought it.

Similar to your 109, you could try a variation on flames: flowing gold tresses of a Valkyrie. Since the 12 Valkyries escorted slain warriors to Valhalla, the background colours could be shades of red, representing the blood of the slain.

Actually, I remembered most of those, so clicked in eBay on completed listings and got most. The Red rune one was from one of the forums here.

But, they're all nice to watch :wink:


It's coming down to a black one for me, and get an airbrushed mural of Christ coming out of Heaven on a cloud...

Or maybe His face, similar to the art style of a scratchboard. So basically it looks like the darkness was scratched away to reveal Christ's face.

The shroud of Turin would look really cool.

Thanks for the comments, I had more pictures on bigbike riders, but need to remove them for some of my recent paint sets. I do between 1-2 bikes a week but the rune is in a different class and want it to be very unique.

Very nice color combinations, doing something similar on my 109.

I always liked the green and blue one. Though the alien is pretty cool, to say the least.

Btw, the iron cross isn't so much a Nazi thing (like the Swastica, which originally was a Buddhist symbol of good fortune), but more common as being associated with the German military from WW1.

My Rune is completely stock, well except the modified seat...As You can see number of Runes in Poland grows every year. This Alien Rune is new in Poland. I know the owner - he previously had VTX. The only problem is to contact all of the Rune owners in my country. When I'll finish polish version of my website (www.valkyrie.pl (http://www.valkyrie.pl)) it will be much easier.
