This may end up being embarrassing for me but, I just installed Rivco Spinners on my bike. Now for the embarrassing part...do I need to tighten the screws until the spinner doesn't spin, or leave it loose enough to spin?

I had looked into them myself and my understanding is that they are not actually spinners! Tightten them, by all means. The way that they 'spin' is that they turn with the wheel, not on its own like a real spinner.

thighten the allen screws.....or suffer the consequences! the "spinner" does NOT spin. It turns with the wheel.....as one piece. if u don't tighten it, it may spin for a few turns.....BEFORE IT LAUNCHES ITSELF OFF THE WHEEL!!!!! no telling what kind of horrendous damage that would do to the wheel/fender???

Tighten those three allens.......

it will look cool going down the road....especially at lower speeds.....
