Rear wheel/tire modification 9,5" x 18" / 260/40 V

You guys might be interested, maybe done before, but came accross this upgrade by a German dealer changing rear wheel to 9.5"x18"with Metzeler ME880 260/40 VR18, which required a wider fender.

I BUILT THAT BIKE AT LEAST THE WHOLE BACK END HERE IN RALEIGH NC.
IT'S THE 2ND ONE I HAVE DONE. SHUMACKER RACING SENT THE WHOLE REAR END OF THE BIKE TO ME. THEY DID THE PAINT. IT REALLY BURNS MY
