BUY LOW

I have read quite a few fun lies about the Rune on several posts. How about providing your favorites? The ones I have enjoyed the most, and take no credit for creating them, are as follows:
The Rune...
has a 3 speed tranny
has a 15 gallon tank
is a Lamborghini
What are your favorites? Heck, make up some new ones. Half the fun of owning a Rune is the mystique...you know, that jaw dropping look you get when you pull into a parking lot.

Buy low...like the one you had when Tom told you it was a lamborghini.
He told that same thing to 2 Hells Angels and one of them kicked the ground and said (to his friend) "see I told you it was a Lamborghini"
Its amamzing that even hard core Harley guys have no idea what it is...all the more reason to de badge'em.
After removing all the badging (Honda crapppppp) reflectors bla bla bla-Tell folks it's a concept bike and you've built it and your not sure what Manufacture you'll be selling it to yet. It'll go to the highest bidder-so far Harley is showing the most interest. It's the Harley of the future. I also add in there that its a 2010 year model-completely epa approved for the next generation of motorcycling, some fellar once asked me what was that thing (he was referring to our gauge on the tank) I told him it's my dvd player-I don't think he would of known what a gps system would of been. 125 mile to the gallon dah............................I now get off the bike and head the other way like I just stole the bike, the questions are interrupting my rest periods. dog
