any offers or bites at all????
just interesting trade offers, but I don't need a supercharged vett, or a nice BMW with a side car right now
I'll probably drop the price a bit and try a no-reserve auction on ebay, but I haven't sold anything on ebay and I'm kinda worried about all the fack cashiers checks that my bank will take but bounce a month later.

Bump, add a few hundred miles after the Rose City 250 this weekend.
And knock the price down to $14,000.
(missed two nice supermotos because this hasn't sold yet)

I am also looking to sell my Rune. My wife is against it eventhough I
have six bikes in the garage. I still want to sell it due to the fact that it is the least rode out of all the bikes I currently own.
You may want to run it in your state paper when the weather warms a little more. People are kind of skidish right now. I am thinking that I will run mine in the paper around May. Good luck with your sell. I hope it goes well.

thanks, though when the weather changes and I ride it more, I may rethink the whole selling it thing :banghead:
(till I can't catch the sportbikes, then I'll be wanting a ktm 950sm again:-D)

One of my favortite bikes is my BMW R1200GS. It is the most versatile bike I have ever owned. I ride off road, tour with it, ride wheelies, or ride it like a sport bike. I have thought of the super moto but since I have the GS it feels that niche for me.
I will hate to see the Rune go and will probably regret it but I just don't ride it that much and if I can sell it I will move on.

dang, I decined a trade for a newer 1200GS, maybe I should find that email.
(If it had sold, there was a nice local H2 with dirt and supermoto set up I would have looked at)

If you like the way a dirt bike sits you need to go test the 1200GS. I rode one and went back and bought it. Once you get used to it you can ride it like crazy. The suspension is great and although the bike is made to go off road, I ride mine 90% on road. I live in Arkansas where there are many curvy roads and it is a BLAST.

the transalp is the bike I ride the most, I like the ergonomics and low (in comparison) weight of 400 lbs. (and 50mpg doesn't hurt ;) )

Bump for price reduction to $13,900 before it goes to ebay for a no reserve action starting at 13,900, which a search of ebay sales show it will sell for a bit above the start, but then there are fees and such so I figure it is a wash to offer it here for $13,900.
