Default It appears they may keep the site up after all!

We were down for a while. But the owners have decided to keep the board going ....at least for now. Let's try and not take that for granted. I'm thankful it's back on line!

Oh, and while I emailed them (and never got a response), Skip took the time time email them multiple times...and can be credited with helping them make the decision to bring the board back on line. So, I think a great deal of gratitude (in addition to the owners of the board, Verticalscope) goes to Skip....for "spearheading" getting us back on line!

    Thank you SKIP!

    Way to go, Skip.
I thought of doing the same but quickly discovered my "sabbatical" had rendered all my contact info useless.

    Default Thanks Skip...!

The first day I noticed the site down I called VerticalScope and was told the site was gone forever, permanently, gone...
That must have been a day or so after it was shuttered. That just goes to show you what those Canups think of us TEXAS boys...

In any case... THANK YOU SKIP...! YOU'VE GOT MORE PULL...and more pullback.

    -Rod

By the way, Tim... What do we need to do to keep our site from going away?

Does your 72 Norton have the same oil tank in the frame as did the Triumphs of that era...?

No it has external tank. I would send you a pic but I have it striped so I can powder coat frame.

I'm trying to generate some traffic - I really need to know what the deal is with the Rune Grips. I know that the throttle has some kind of plastic base. But, can it be replaced with any 1" all metal grip? Or, is that just impossible. What about grips made specifically for the 1800 Goldwing? Are they interchangeable?

Default Cost ot maintain the board?

Do we know the cost to maintain the board?

If it is reasonable... and I don't know what is reasonable although I'd know it when I see it, I'd be willing to contribute money to the maintain the board fund.
