Just curious; how were you able to register it in California with less than 7500 miles? I appreciate any insight you might have as I'm trying to figure out how to get it done with a bike I acquired.

I went to a third party DMV store and they handled everything for me.

I faced this years ago. in the end I found a CA bike that was really near me.
