I'm working on another group of passenger peg brackets! this time from stainless steel! They are from the same pattern as before and like before all nuts and bolts as well as lock tite and anti sieze are included (pluss instructions too, as most buyers are new owners with limited exposure to other Rune riders to glean info from Now that the first group is done, I have decided to reduce the price to $250.00 with express shipping included, international deliveries ad another $25 US for international postage. Those who have US address that I can ship to need not include the extra postage.

Sorry that I've been hiding in my cave for so long, but I do have the first 6 of 36 new rear footpeg brackets available!!

By not selling thru flee bay the new price is just $200.00. just as before, the brackets are made from stainless steel and all necessary nuts and bolts as well as lock tite, anti size, and now a ball end allen wrench has been added to make installation just that much easier( and complete instructions too!)

most medium and narrow pegs will work, but wide pegs hit the exhaust pipe.

I like these much better than the other option!!

I'm wondering what percentage of people have passenger pegs and actually use them. I really love the idea, but I also wonder how the suspension handles the extra passenger and if the seat really makes a ride enjoyable or not. I just don't want to spend $300-$500 on something if I end up only using once or twice.

I, and others (not all), consider the stock seat fine for a max of 50 miles...

I bought a dual saddle and Danny pegs "for my girlfriend". Well, the pegs were really for her, and now almost never used. The rear seating position holds my long distance travel bag really well!

I also have an Ultimate Low Rider single saddle suitable for shorter people and/or forward bars. If you are 5'8" or less its a good option. If you are taller, consider having your legs shortened...

The rear bottoms out occasionally with my 200 lbs, and more often with a passenger, but I have never adjusted the rear stiffness...

I had JohnLongo.net build a custom pan-up two-up seat with removable backrest and removable luggage rack, and added the passenger floorboards. All works well for both short and long rides.

here is a little info about my pegs, since Tall Man convinced me I should help others who want this fine style passenger peg bracket (as the original designer only made 1 batch and quit) I have sold 48 sets! and each time I make a batch I tweak the design to make them stronger, better aligned with the bike and better parts and instructions. Even though I'm sure most Don't read them!! but they are included anyway. I even include small packets of lock tite as well as anti seize, I also have included the only tool needed to fasten the new screws, a 3mm allen wrench, I had originally supplied a 5mm wrench but discovered my error when re installing my own set and quickly ordered 50 new 3mm wrenches. I have also switched to clear plastic bags after 1 Rune owner posted the question of what size bolts are needed to hag the brackets!
seems he forgot to pull out ALL the parts supplied when he recieved his set!

I lack to understand the need to post BS about the one who came up with the design.

Road Warrior/Danny Huey/Danny W Huey designed and sold his mounts/pegs from 2004 to 2013. Danny provided a product to members/others that was needed/wanted for a great number of years. They were even sold by RG by way of his F1 Motoworks store.

That must have been one hell of a only batch........IF you believe that BS.

Why not just sell your knockoff/stolen design and leave the BS out of it?!

Thank you 517, as always your post are warm, friendly, and quite helpfull. It's nice that fall is here once again and soon you will return to your favorite spot to hibernate, I hope! and come back under yet another name.
