Didn't they make him go down to the courthouse in downtown Erwin and pay RIGHT then......they escorted him down there.....because he was from "out of country".....Canada, eh......and they wanted it paid RIGHT then.....so he couldn't leave the country owing on the ticket? I think that's right if I remember right?
