I took a trip from Fla. to Memphis last week. I stopped at Honda Dealership in Ozark, Alabama to get a face shield (which they didn't have in stock). They had 1 Rune on the floor priced still at 24,999. When I inquired as to the out the door price ...... no lower than 22,000.

Here's the funny part, since their showroom Rune was never started because dealership wouldn't put in the battery ..... they ask if they could come outside to hear my Rune with the engine on !!!!! I 'bout died laughing.

Actually, I am glad they still have the Rune ungassed and unready. I feel for the guys who will buy a Rune off the floor that has 1 1/2 year old gas in it! Ken (9,700 miles and 6 points for speeding!)

I was making light that Rep. hasn't even heard it run at trade shows, listened to demo tape or even after 1 1/2 yrs. never heard one start up.

15,257 miles ....... Zero tickets ....... 2,000 questions ........ 50 Holy Sh*ts, 25 what was that ..... vroom vroom.

The 6 points was on my Yamaha V-Star Classic 1100. So, I couldnt out run him. My other ticket (the next Sunday) was on the Rune, and, well, he REALLY wanted to see my Rune and lights and gave me a ticket ohbytheway. The courthouse for that one is 2 blocks from my house, so I will try to whine my way outta that one. Ken
