Some of you may recall I am shipping my stock Rune Forward Set Handel Bars to member DerekF6C, in Warsaw, Poland.
The Japanese handle bars, made in the U. S. of A. will be leaving our borders on Tuesday or Wednesday and arriving in
Europe some time the following week.

I didn’t sell the handle bars I traded for them, and I have no idea what for! To me it doesn’t matter what I traded for,
I’ll be satisfied with what ever I get.

When my trade arrives I’ll post a photograph. :clap2:

It is on the way

John & Rich, my handle bars arrived safely in Warsaw Poland about a week ago.
In the spring they will replace a set of pull back bars on DarekF6S’s Rune.

At my trading partner’s insistence I gave him a hint of what I’d like as my “Surprise Present”.
I told him to think World War II memorabilia. During the madness of that time Poland suffered
more than most and being somewhat of student of the War I thought there may be an abundance
of such things in Warsaw.

I don’t know what my surprise will be but I know it will arrive in the luggage of a transatlantic traveler.
I’m told it will be shipped, from Chicago, around the middle of February.

This tells me one of two things:
(1) The surprise is so valuable it required the personal attention of a special personal currier, or
(2) The thing isn’t worth the price of a postage stamp!

I’ll let everyone know what it is when it arrives. epper1: I’m so excited!!!

I am not going to sell or trade my Rune ! There's no better bike than Rune...except the old Valk...

In a few weeks i'll have two bikes

From one SKI to another, I think you sure hit the nail on the head with your statement about the two best bikes in the world ( yes,maybe my world is smaller than others, but I am very comfortable in it ).
