Ordered a new battery for my rune. It was shipped today. I should receive it on 3/22. Only a year and a half old and the thing would not take a charge :evil: I would occasionally charge it with my battery tender. BUMMER :!:

The battery in my Valk was 5 years old and would start the bike each spring with no problem, and no battery tender. I have had to jump the Rune three times, now I have a battery tender on at all times when stored

With all my bikes: after my kick stand goes down, the battery tender gets plugged in. Always.

my 97 Valk finally got its FIRST replacement battery....a few months ago...after almost 7 and a half years! No battery tender....no maintenance....just jumping on the dang thing and ridin' it!

Hope the Rune does as well! So far, i've had my RUne since 9 Aug 03....and she seems to have plenty of 'juice' left in her!
