I was at Corbin today and had a killer seat made my way. Had them take a 2 up seat and cut it down so I can carry my stuff. I can now carry a T-Bag and it still looks good, plus it is conferrable. If you want to see it look in my Photo section.

corbin seat

Great idea. :D They should name it after you. That's just what I've been looking for. What did they change for it and who would I talk to about it at Corbin.

T bag

I have a T bag I use on my Honda VTX. It fits the Hondaline VTX sissy bar back rest. Do you think that will fit on the Corbin back rest.

I only live 80 miles from Hollister so it is easy for me to make the trip. If you call Jack at the Hollister store he will know what you are talking about and fix you up.

I had them cut 4 or so inches off the rear section and I also have a T-bag I got for my Valkyrie Toured. It fits like a glove. I have enough room to take the straps and go under the lean back, cinch it up and hit the rode. I also have a new T-Bag that is hard and it will work just fine. The new T-bad came with a hard round top bag and it also fits as a day bag.
I have put the bag pictures in my photo section. The charge was for a gun fighter seat so the price was good.

Nice Job

I live 55 miles from Corbin and have been thinking about doing what you had done, but since I don't plan on using the Rune for long distance I've had a custom bag made to fit the Corbin Fast Gun style seat back rest. MuscleMike has also ordered one for his Rune. As soon as its finished I'll post some photos of my bag, having extensive customization done, and a standard black bag. I paid for some of the development fee to have the bag made.

Did you see the neat lights that Corbin put on the Rune on the floor? I plan on getting the same set up for my Rune but I will make the brackets out of Stainless Steel instead of aluminum.

Adrian,

How long did it take you to get the seat after u ordered it? I think I will get me one and see if they can add a heater.

I have a 2 up seat also. when I put the back rest up front, it seems too far back and does not hit my back good. Does your back rest fit u ok?

Has anyone seen one of these on a Rune?
I haven't seen a pic on their website without that huge bin on the back.

Look at my Photo section and you will see mine.
I waited while they built mine and took them 4 hours.

Rumble seat

I have Black Cherry Rune 528 and have the Corbin Rumble seat on it... I was afraid to buy it because of the price and note being sure how it will look....It enhances the beauty of this already beauticul bike.... I will try to take a pic. Oh and the paint match is perfect. The seat in Adrians pic is not the rumble seat. At least the pics I saw...
