I like the pulsating headlight on some of the motorcycles I see on the road (very visible)
Does anybody know where's a good place to buy the doodad and are they hard to install?

Modulator

Sounds like you're talking about a headlight modulator. I had a Kissan modulator on my last bike. Install was a breaze. Just plug it in between the wiring harness and the headlight. However I've not a clue if there is one available for the Rune. Our headlight is a little different....Good luck and let us know what you find out.
