You can start a poll....just post a new thread...and include a poll.....it's easy.........................and maybe ask people to POST TO THAT THREAD...with the poll....WHEN they have contacted RIVCO themselves....so you can get a REAL count towards the 20 needed. Last time, they would only make ONE kind. They need 20 to justify doing the process for ANY ONE KIND of spinner. They no doubt will NOT go thru the EXTRA work to do two different products. They had that limitation last time... and IF they will do it this time (remember, the person you contacted said they had to contact "their supervisors" to see if they would even do this!)....they'll probably have the same limit............UNLESS...of course, you get 20 for one kind AND ANOTHER 20...for the other kind....for a total of 40? Then maybe they would make both kinds??????????????? I'd concentrate on getting the 20 you need to do ONE kind. Trust me, I've got LOTS of experience with this kind of thing here on this board......the challenge will be to get the 20 to go through THE WHOLE PROCESS....and not just post here "ill take one". Look at the earlier posts, even last time, many who said "I'll take one" on THIS VERY THREAD....did not take one when it came time to put money where mouth was. That upset the good folks at RIVCO. Fortunately, some OTHER folks....NOT ON THE ORIGINAL LIST....stepped up to the plate and bought the ones others who said they were in.....wound up NOT being in.............. Focus on getting the 20 to have one kind made. That will be challenging enough as is...........................................it can be done.....................BUT IT IS NEVER EASY ON THIS BOARD...with our limited numbers....in this day and age of "non commitment"....to get 20 to commit! I've had WAYYYYYYY too many of these situations in the past on here..............that did NOT work out............so fingers crossed for ya'!
Rivco hub & spinner - count to purchase (need 25-30)
A few people on this board were inquiring about spinners, I talked to Rivco today and they said they would do a special production run if we could put together a pre paid order of at least 50 of the same hub & spinner. I would definately be intrested, do we have enough intrest from other board members, we could coordinate together and then with rivco so we could each order directly with them.

I'm looking for a batman spinner for my new Rune. Any suggestions or did I miss the boat here? :neutral:

Once in a blue moon a used one comes up for sale.....but not often. The good news .....IF...IF you can find a used one for sale, where it sits on the bike....they are always in pristine shape. So a used one truly is just about as good as a new one. It's just finding one.......................I have one on mine, but I'd never part with it.
Sherry's Rune has one of the classic designed spinners built by Tom Foresman (long gone from the board....and I think that was his name....made custom Rune parts out of Miami). We were spoiled "back in the day".....we had hundreds of folks on here all the time.....more vendors....and some private folks who built us stuff with water jet machines. Those were the days indeed.........................
