Got the plans for a side mount liscence plate bracket without the frame ,(you pick your own frame) that would mount to the rear swing arm and position the tag at a 30 degree angle and give the owner the choice of mounting the plate horizontal or vertical as you like.
Let me know how many would be interested so that I can have an idea on how many to make.
The finish would be SS, and the cost around $90.00

In South Carolina they will give you a ticket if your license tag is mounted vertically. What is the orientation of the bracket?

I would be interested. I saw a picture on here some time ago showing a curved mount. I would be much more interested in one that is curved to match the radius of the swingarm cover.

Are you going to be making anything like that?
