two up riding

the only diffrence I noticed, was in the breaking. But that is usually the case when you add additional weight. Other then that, the bike rides perfectly, and smooth as glass. 8)
Rune 2 up riding

I have ridden 4 different ladies on my Rune on the Corbin seats + Rivco passenger pegs. No handling problems at all, considering 2 folks are riding (breaking/cornering) My Rune still hauls A** up the bridges here in the Charleston SC area with a rider. The ladies also love the heated seat! The passenger boards: you can tuck your feet up like a race horse jockey and rest your legs on them. Very comfortable position.

The guys ar Rivco said they tested the 2 up with two each 250 pound gorilla dudes riding with no problems. I guess the only thing to watch over the long term will be the pivot bearings if you ride 2 up a whole lot. ken
I've had the 2-up seat installed as well as passenger foot pegs and have ridden hundreds of miles with myself (295 lbs) and my wife (150 lbs). The bike runs GREAT and it is as smooth as riding single...except over big bumps. I had fun blowing a Road King away from a dead stop, me with my wife, he was riding single, during a charity ride this weekend...Thousands of bikes at this poker run and my Rune got a good piece of the attention...Interesting side note, some of the guys I rode with loved the sound of my bike from behind, said it sounde like a jet turbine engine...I of course can't hear how it sounds while sitting on top of it, but that made me feel good!

I bought my corbin two up seat in Daytona before I bought the Rune. When I picked up the bike at the dealer I threw the stock seat in the back of the Expedition and put the Corbin on. I have 2,000 miles in that saddle with my wife behind. I've never ridden on the stock seat. I also installed the REVCO foot boards for my wife. They are the best.
