I have the chatterbox and I have a difficult time hearing on them. What has anyone else tried/used. I have looked at Nady and J&M, but am not sure which is the best. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. * I drive a Rune and my wife drives a VTX 1300 Retro.

Intercomm

I ran J and M stuff on my 89 wing. I use J and M setup with my motorola talk about for bike to bike comm for about 4 years now. On my rune and CBX. I very happy with them. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I have 4 sets installed in my helmets. That includes a flip front. I broke 1 plug in on my push to talk in the 4 years and that was my fault. Everything else has been fine. Sound quality is great.

Others use the chatterbox. I dont like the box off the side of the helmet.

I have some friends that bought motocomm or moto boss, something like that, has all kinds of hookups for radar, radio and phone. Piece of junk. He says the VOX stays on all the time due to wind, wants just to toss it. It was a good price but the price reflected the lack of quality.
